摘要：目的：探讨立止血局部和全身同时给药治疗新生儿急性胃粘膜出血的疗效。方法：对诊断为急性胃粘膜出血的25例新生儿经鼻饲管注入0.5ku立止血，同时静推立止血0.5ku，根据出血情况每日各1～2次，连用1～3d，对照组加用止血敏125mg，10%GS30ml每日静点1次，连用3～5d。结果： 治疗组总有效率为96.00%(24/25)，对照组总有效率为65.22%(15/23)，两组比较p<0.01。结论：立止血治疗新生儿急性胃粘膜出血疗效显著、安全、有效，值得临床推广应用。

    Effects of Reptilase in Treating Neonatal Acute Gastric Mucosal Hemorrhage

    Abstract： Objective： Probe into the curative effect of part or whole reptilase in the treating neonatal acute gastric mucosal hemorrhage. Methods： the twenty-five neonatals diagnosed as acute gastric mucosal hemorrhage were injected 0.5 ku reptilase into through the nasal feeding tube, at the same time intravenously injected 0.5 ku reptilase. According to the circumstance of bleeding ,they were injected once or twice respectively per day, which lasted one or three days . The contrasted group was injected increasingly ethamsylate (125mg) , 10% GS 30ml was infused by way of a vein a day ,which lasted three or five days. Results： As a result , the general effect of the treated group was 96.00%(24/ 25),while the one of the contrasted group was 65.22%(15/23). The comparison of the two groups was p< 0.01.Conclusion： The curative effect of reptilase in treating neonatal acute gastric mucosal hemorrhage are remarkable , safe , effective and worthy of clinic practice ......
