摘要：目的：探讨及总结丘脑卒中合并多脏器功能衰竭的临床防治方法。方法：对45例丘脑卒中进行临床分析。结果：丘脑是植物神经高级调节中枢，其卒中的预后因素与发病年龄，病灶大小，受累组织及机体基础疾病有关。结论：通过对45例病例的临床分析，治疗上应考虑患者的发病年龄，病灶的大小，基础疾病情况等，采取个体化方案治疗，保持机体内环境的稳定，对防止多脏器功能衰竭发生是非常重要的。

    Abstract:Objective:To study and summarize the clinical therapy in patients with Thalamencephalon atoplexy and the multiple organ failure disease.Method:The clinical therapy of 45 cases of patients with cerebral apoplexy disease.Result:Thalame is the senior nerve center of meuroganglion. the anticipative factor of Thalamenceph-alon apoplexy was closely related to the age of patients ,scopes of focus,involved tissue,circumstances of basic disease.Conclusion:Through analysing the 45 cases of patients,the treatment of thalamenceph-alon apoplexy was positive relation to the age of patients,scopes of focus,circumstances of basic disease etc.It is very important to prevent the multiple organ failure from adopting indive:dual treatment,keeping the stability of patient's organism. ......
