表皮生长因子和地塞米松对胎鼠肺表面活性物质蛋白表达的影响

     摘要:目的:比较表皮生长因子(EGF)和地塞米松(DX)对胎鼠肺表面活性物质蛋白(SP)-A、B、C表达的影响。方法:采用SD大鼠21只,在妊娠15天分别静脉注射DX(DX组)、EGF(EGF组)和生理盐水组,每组7只。于妊娠18d和21d处死妊娠鼠取胎肺。采用western blot检测胎肺SP-A、SP-B、SP-C的表达。结果:Western blot 检测显示,早产鼠胎肺SP-B蛋白表达在EGF和DX组比对照组增加,差异具有明显的显著性(P<0.05),但EGF组和DX组比较,差异无明显的显著性(P>0.05)。结论:EGF和DX均可促进胎鼠肺SP-B的表达。

    Influence of EGF and DX on the Expression of Fetal Lung SP in Rats

    Abstract: Objective: To compare the effect of epidermal growth factor (EGF) and dexamethasone (DX) on the expression of surfactant protein (SP)-A, SP-B, SP-C in fetal rat lungs. Methods: Twenty-one SD rats were divided into three group: EGF group, DX group, and normal saline (control group). The levels of SP-A, SP-B and SP-C in the fetal rat lungs were detected by western blotting. Result: The expression of SP-B in the fetal rat lungs in both DX group and EGF group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). But there was no significantly difference between DX group and EGF group. Conclusion: Prenatal maternal treatment with intravenously DX and EGF could increase the expression of SP-B in fetal rat lungs. ......
