【摘要】 目的 探讨透明角膜切口超声乳化白内障吸除、折叠式人工晶体植入术的临床疗效。方法 对172例(214只眼)老年性白内障患者采用透明角膜做阶梯状自闭式隧道切口，长1.75mm、深0.3mm、宽3.2mm，行白内障超声乳化术，同时植入丙烯酸酯类三片式人工晶体。结果 术后1天、1周、1个月和3个月，裸眼或矫正视力≥0.5者分别为75%、86%、91.5%、96%。结论 透明角膜切口超声乳化白内障吸除、折叠式人工晶体植入术，优于角巩膜隧道切口，术后疗效满意。

    【Abstract】 Objective To research the clinical outcome of transparent cornea notch cataract ultrasonic emulsification and folded artifical crystal implantation.Methods 172 cases (214 eyes) of senior cataract patients were treated with the form of the ladder self-imposed type tunnel notch with length 1.75mm,depth 0.3mm,width 3.2mm,cataract ultrasonic emulsification were performed and the three piece of types artificial crystal were implanted at the same time.Results 1day,1week,1month and 3months after operation, patients with bore hole eyesight or correct eyesight ≥0.5 were 75%,86%,91.5%,96% respectively. Conclusion Compared with near sclera tunnel notch, transparent cornea notch cataract ultrasonic and folded artificial crystal implantation has a better result. ......
