摘要：目的：对老年Ⅰ～Ⅱ级高血压病(45例)和非老年Ⅰ～Ⅱ级高血压病(43例)应用培哚普利治疗并进行比较。方法：88例高血压病患者均服用培哚普利，老年组：2～4mg；非老年组4～8mg；每日1次，疗程4周。主要观察两组降压疗效。结果：两组在治疗后均有显著的降压效果(P<0.01)，但是两组之间的降压总有效率和降压幅度均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗过程中未发现任何严重不良反应事件。结论：培哚普利治疗老年Ⅰ～Ⅱ级高血压病的疗效较好而且安全。

    The Safety and Efficacy of Perindopril to Treat Agedness with Grade 1 to 2 Hypertension

    Abstract：Objective： To compare the efficacy of perindopril in Grade 1 to 2 Hypertension between agedness and non-agedness.Method： The 88 patients with Hypertention were divided into two groups.The patients in the agedness group received perindopril 2～4mg once a day and the patients in the non-agedness group received perindopril 4～8mg once a day for 4 weeks.We observed the blood pressure-lowering effects of the two groups.Result： The two groups had significant blood pressure-lowering effects after treatment(P<0.01).But the total efficacy and excent of blood pressure-lowering between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).We had not observed any serious side effects in the treatment.Conclusion： Perindopril is efficacy and safety to treat agedness with Grade 1 to 2 Hypertension. ......
