     摘要：目的：建立元胡痛经滴丸中延胡索乙素的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，以Hypersil ODS 2为固定相，甲醇水三乙胺(70∶30∶0.5)为流动相，检测波长280 nm，流速1.0 ml/min，柱温室温。结果：在0.225 4～1.127 0 μg范围内有良好的线性关系，平均回收率为99.18%(n=5)，RSD＝2.24%。结论：该方法简便，准确，灵敏，可作为本品的质量控制方法。

    Determination of Tetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhu Tongjing Droppills by HPLC

    Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhu Tongjing Droppills.Methods:HPLC method was selected to determine the content of tetrahydropalmatine. The chromatographic conditions included Hypersil ODS 2 column, methanol-water-triethylamine (70∶30∶0.5) as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength at 280 nm, flow rate 1.0 ml/min and column temperature at room temperature.Results:The linear range was 0.225 4～1.127 0 μg and the average recovery was 99.18% (n=5), RSD=2.24%.Conclusion:This method is simple, accurate and sensitive, which may be used for quality control of Yuanhu Tongjing Droppills. ......
