异构体组成不同的CLA对2型糖尿病小鼠血脂的影响

     【摘要】 目的 研究异构体组成不同的共轭亚油酸对2型糖尿病小鼠血脂的影响。方法 通过对饲喂高糖高脂饲料建立起来的肥胖型小鼠注射链脲佐菌素,建立2型糖尿病小鼠模型,给模型鼠分别喂食t10,c12-CLA:c9,t11-CLA比例为1.42和2.79的CLA 36天,测定小鼠摄食量、体重、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)。结果 两种共轭亚油酸组合物均能显著降低2型糖尿病小鼠的摄食量、体重、TC、TG和LCL-C(P<0.01),同时能显著提高HDL-C(P<0.01),而且t10,c12-CLA:c9,t11-CLA比例高的CLA作用更为明显。结论 本研究为将CLA发展为功能食品或药品提供了实验依据。

    Effects of conjugated linoleic acid with different isomer compositions on serum lipid of type 2 diabetic mice

    【Abstract】 Objective Effects of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) with defferent isomers on serum lipid of type 2diabetic mice were studied.Methods In this study the type2 diabetic animal model were build up by feeding a diet rich in fat and sugar and then injecting with Streptozotocin.The diabetic mice were fed with CLA, in which ratio of t10,c12-CLA to c9,t11-CLA is 1.42 and 2.79 respectively.Results After feeding the CLAs,food intake、body weight gain and blood serum TC、TG、LDM-C of he diabetic mice were remarkably decreased,at the same time HDL-C was remarkably increased(P<0.05). The effects of CLA with high ratio of t10,c12-CLA to c9,t11-CLA were better than the CLA with low the ratio.Conclusion This study will offer useful data for application of CLA in functional foods and drugs. ......
