摘要：目的：探讨双器械吻合技术联合全直肠系膜切除在低位直肠癌保肛手术中的应用方法和临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析外科手术治疗的低位直肠癌患者，筛选出性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、病理组织学类型、Dukes分期、术前术后治疗情况等均无显著差异(P>0.05)的95例病例，其中保肛手术组48例、Miles手术组47例。结果：保肛手术组3、5年生存率分别为83.3%、70.8%，2年局部复发6.25%；Miles手术组3、5年生存率分别为87.2%、72.3%，2年局部复发6.38%。两组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论：在掌握手术适应症的前提下，低位直肠癌行保肛手术是可行的、能提高术后患者生活质量。

    Double Stapling Technique for Anus-saving in Low Rectal Cancer

    Abstract : Objective: To investigate the specific methods and therapeutic effects of application of double stapling technique(DST) combined with total mesorectal excision(TME) for anus-saving operation on low rectal carcinoma. Methods: Operations were performed in patients with low rectal carcinoma,and the results were evaluated. There was no any significant difference in sex,age,site of tumor, type of pathology ,stageing of Dukes and therapeutic effect of pre-operation or post-operation in 95 patients of them(P>0.05), 48 cases underwent anus-saving operation and 47 cases underwent miles operation.Result: 3 years and 5 years survival rates of anus-saving operation group were 83.3% and 70.8% respectively. 2 years local recurrence rate was 6.25%,3 years and 5 years survival rates of miles operation group were 87.2% and 72.3% respectively. 2 years local recurrence rate was 6.38%. There was no significant difference between two groups in 3 years and 5 years survival rates and 2 years local recurrence rate(P>0.05).Conclusion: The anus-saving operations of low rectal carcinoma were possible and could improve the living standard of patients post-operation . But the indication of operation should be strictly considered. ......
