【摘要】 目的 了解三种培养基对兔精子体外培养的效果及不同超数排卵药物与雌兔超排结果和生殖激素水平变化的关系。方法 采用精液在三种培养基中培养的实验。对雌兔肌注PMSG 75u或HMG 20u 2天，第2天肌注HCG 80u超排试验。采用化学发光仪测定雌兔生殖激素。结果 三种培养基的精子活率24h均无差异，但48和72h在BWW液中有差异。精子活力在24、48和72h在BWW液中与在F10液和M199液中有差异。注射PMSG的雌兔平均卵子数为7.8个，胚胎数为6.6个；注射HMG的雌兔平均卵子数为15个，胚胎数为25个。注射PMSG或 HMG后FSH、LH、P有较显著升高，E2-6也有升高，T无明显变化。结论 BWW培养基是精子体外培养较好的培养基。HMG的超排效果优于PMSG。肌注HMG或PMSG对雌兔FSH、LH、E2-6、P的平均水平变化有关。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe rabbit sperm culture in three different culture media and find out the correlation between different superovulation drugs and the actual superovulation and the change of FSH, LH, E2-6, P and T in rabbit serum. Methods The semen was cultivated in three different culture media placed in a culture machine whose temperature was 37℃. PMSG(75 U) or HMG(20 U) were intravascularly injected once a day for two days and HCG(80U) was injected on the third day. The chemoilluminance system was used to test FSH, LH, E2-6, P, and T in rabbit serum.Results In all the three cultural media the motility of the sperm remained the same at 24 hours. At 48 and 72 hours,however, the motality differed in BWW. However, the vitality of the sperm in BWW differed from that in F10 and M199 at 24, 48 and 72 hours. After the injection of PMSG, 7.8 eggs and 6.6 embryos were collected from each rabbit on average. After the injection of HMG, an average of 15 eggs and 25 embryos was collected. After the injections FSH, LH, P largely increased. E2-6 also increased. But T remained almost the same.Conclusion BWW is a good medium for external sperm culture. HMG leads to more superovulation than PMSG does. The intramuscular injection of HMG or PMSG correlates with the change of FSH, LH, E2-6 and P in rabbit serum. ......
