肿瘤患者血清组织微量元素SeCuZn含量的变化及临床意义

     摘要：目的：为了探讨在恶性肿瘤患者体内微量元素含量的变化及意义。方法：采用原子吸收分光光度计测定了肿瘤患者组与正常对照组的血清、组织中的Se、Cu、Zn含量。结果：与对照组比较，肿瘤患者的血中Se低而组织Se高，血和组织的Cu均高，Zn无显著变化。结论：肿瘤患者出现血中Se低Cu高，治疗时应重视全身的支持疗法，适当补充微量元素如硒等制剂。
