     摘要：目的：建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定清金泻火泡腾颗粒中黄芩苷的含量。方法：采用Hypersil ODS2柱，以乙腈0.2%磷酸溶液(55∶45)为流动相，流速1.0 ml·min-1，检测波长277 nm。结果：在0.15~1.240μg范围内，黄芩苷进样量与吸收峰积分值呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为99.72%，RSD为1.42%(n=5)。结论：该法测定清金泻火泡腾颗粒中黄芩苷的含量结果准确，重复性好。

    Determination of Baicaline in Qingjin Xiehuo Effervescent Granules by HPLC

    Abstract:Objective:To determine the content of baicaline in Qingjin Xiehuo Effervescent Granules by HPLC.Methods:Baicaline was separated by Hypersil ODS 2 column using acetonitrile0.2% phosphoric acid solution (55∶45) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 277 nm.Results:There was a good linear relationship between the concentration and peak area value of baicaline within range of 0.155~1.240 μg. The average recovery of this method was 99.72%, RSD was 1.42%(n=5).Conclusion:The method was highly reproducible and accurate. ......
