摘要：目的：探索鸡蛋煎中药独活、仙鹤草，合用西药654-2片治疗眩晕证的临床效果及安全性。方法：50例眩晕症病人均使用鸡蛋煎中药独活、仙鹤草，及西药654-2片治疗，回顾性总结分析其临床治疗效果及副作用资料。结果 本组病例根据眩晕症状分为Ⅰ级10例、Ⅱ级15例、Ⅲ级25例。用药均取得显著的临床治疗效果，无明显不良反应。结论：眩晕症的诊断治疗时必须排除颈椎的病变及脑部的病变引起的眩晕症状。传统的治疗方法西药镇静、止呕、输液等对症治疗临床症状未见好转采用本法治疗均能获得显著的临床效果。

    Investigate the Treatment of 50 cases Dizziness with Egg Boiled with Duhuo and Xianhecao as well as 654-2

    Abstract： Objective： To explore the safety and clinical result of egg boiled with Duhuo and Xianhecao as well as 654-2 in treating 50 cases of dizziness. Method： All 50 patients were treated with egg boiled with Duhuo and Xianhecao as well as 654-2., the clinical result and side-effect were analysed . Result： According to their symptoms , 50 cases were divided into Grade Ⅰ (n=10), Grade Ⅱ (n=15) and Grade Ⅲ (n=25). All patients got significant clinical effect without side effect. Conclusion： The diagnosis and treatment of dizziness should exclude other diseases that can cause dizziness. This treatment may work when traditional method proved to be failure. ......
