【摘要】 目的 为解决不合理的卫生资源配置倒三角问题。方法 运用冲突分析方法对医院——社区卫生服务系统进行了分析，对卫生资源在自由市场竞争下从不合理倒三角模式转变为正三角模式的过程进行了模拟。结果 冲突分析法得出了两个平稳结局。结论 解决不合理卫生资源配置方法一是医院向社区卫生组织转型，二是医院通过帮助社区卫生组织的建立和运作而从主管部门获得补贴资金，向大型专科医院发展。

    【Abstract】 Objective To solve the problem of unreasonable health resources converse triangle allocation.Methods It is analyzed the health care system of hospital-community by the method of conflict analysis, and simulated the health resources allocation process from unreasonable converse triangle mode to sound triangle mode in free market allocation.Results It gets two equilibriums by the conflict analysis.Conclusion We have two method to solue the problem of unreasonable health resources,one is hospital transfer to community health organization; the other is running to the special hospital by helping the foundation and operation of community health organization and getting the subsidy from the government. ......
