     摘要：目的：建立测定复方金银花擦剂中没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法：Novapak C18色谱柱，流动相甲醇冰醋酸二甲基酰胺水(2∶0.5∶20∶90)，检测波长275 nm。结果：该法线性关系良好，相关系数r＝0.999 6，加样回收率为99.02%，RSD＝1.94%。结论：该方法操作简单，分离效果好，可用于复方金银花擦剂的质量控制。

    Determination of Gallic Acid in Liniment of Compound Jin Yinhua by HPLC

    Abstract:Objective:To determine the content of gallic acid in liniment of compound Jin Yinhua.Methods:The determination was carried out with Novapak C18 column, using phosphorousmethanol(7∶5)as the mobile and detected at the wavelength of 284nm.Results:The recovery of this method was 99.32% and RSD was 1.33%(n＝6).Conclusion:The method is sentitive with a good stability and can be used for quality control in compound Jin Yinhua.
