    摘要: 目的 对自制的灯盏花素缓释微丸的药效学和药动学进行研究。方法 以灯盏花素的主要药理作用血小板聚集抑制率为药理效应指标,通过单剂量和多剂量给药对自制微丸和参比制剂进行比较。结果 缓释微丸的药效维持时间比普通片明显延长,且其生物利用度明显高于普通片。结论 以血小板聚集抑制率为药理效应指标,方法可靠,灵敏度高。自制的缓释微丸达到了制剂的设计要求。

    Study on pharmacodynamics and pharmcokinetics of breviscapin sustained-release pellets in rabbits

    Abstract: Objective To study the pharmacodynamics and pharmcokinetics of breviscapin sustained-release pellets in rabbits. Methods Pharmacodynamics of the breviscapin sustained-release pellets and reference tablets were investigated with the blood platelet inhibition rate as an indication. Results Compared with the reference tablets, the breviscapin sustained-release pellets have extended action time, the high bioavailability was increased with statistically significance. Conclusions The method used to study the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics is reliable and highly sensitive. The designing purpose of the breviscapin sustained-release pellets is achieved.
