贵宾医疗中心顾客对导诊需求的调查分析

     【摘要】 目的 了解贵宾医疗中心顾客对护理工作的需求,满足病人的需要,实现更人性化的管理。方法 采用自行设计调查表,从服务态度与服务质量、健康教育能力、沟通与人际关系、分诊准确性4个方面进行封闭式问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。结果 大多数顾客都需要导诊具有良好的服务态度与服务质量,需要导诊能有较高的分诊准确率和沟通能力,能有健康教育能力。结论 提高导诊的综合素质是满足贵宾医疗中心顾客多层次需要的前提。

    The investigation of the demanding of the medical center of honoured guests for leading examing

    【Abstract】 Objective To know the customers′ demands for the nurse work in the medical center for honoured guests,meet the demands of patients and realize more humanized management.Methods Adopt the questionnaire designed on the own purpose and carry it on with closed questionnaire investigation to examine the accuracy from four aspects ranging from attitude and service quality,health education ability,communication and interpersonal relationship and analyze the result.Results Most of the customers have the demand on the leading examining to have good attitude and service quality,a higher examining rate and communication ability and ability on health education.Conclusion To improve overall qualities is the prerequisite to meet the multilevel demand of the customers in the medical center for honoured guests. ......
