【摘要】 目的 探讨近视原因，并对在校学生视力保健提供依据。方法 用常规视力检查方法，对574名18～25岁大中学校的青年学生进行视力调查。结果 在此年龄组中近视发病率并不随年龄的增加而增加，且近视发病率在男女性别之间差异有显著性。结论 青年男女各方面发育都已成熟，眼轴长短已达成人水平，近视率增加的原因主要是与学生阅读、书写时间过长有关。女生近视发病率明显高于男生，与女生不爱户外活动、不喜欢体育锻炼、偏食等有关。【关键词】 大中学生；视力；分析
【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the causes of myopia, and providing evidences of visual acuity health for students in shools.Methods Investigating visual acuity of 574 students in high schools and colleges aged from 18～25 years old by normal visual acuity examination.Results Myopia rate in this age group did not increase with the age increasement, and there was a significant difference between male and female.Conclusion Young male and female people developed well, the length of ocular axis had reached the adults. The increasement of myopia rate was mainly related with the time of reading and writing. Females myopia rate was higher than males obviously,which was related with that the females did not like activities in outsides and exercising , food habit, etc. ......
