     摘要: 目的: 运用MNA法对恶性肿瘤病人进行营养评价,了解恶性肿瘤病人营养不良发生情况,为临床营养不良的诊断提供依据。方法: 根据简易营养评价法(mini nutritional assessment,MNA)评分将200例肿瘤患者分为3组:营养不良组(MNA评分<17分)、营养不良危险组(MNA评分介于17~23.5分)、营养良好组(MNA评分≥24分),并进行MNA评分、体格测量及实验室检查。结果: 营养不良者占29.5%,营养不良危险者占31.5%,营养良好者占39%。MNA总分与体质指数(BMI)、前白蛋白(prealbumin, PA)、 白蛋白(albumin, ALB)值呈显著相关(r=0.451~0.655, P=0.000)。结论: 肿瘤病人营养不良发生率高,MNA与实验室检查有较好的符合程度,适用于肿瘤病人营养状况评价。

    Nutritional status assessment of carcinoma patientsQI Ruifeng, SHAN Li

    Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the nutritional status in carcinoma patients by using the Mini Nutritional Assessment(MNA),and to investigate malnutritional status of carcinoma patients. And to provide the new idea about diagnosis of clinical malnutrition. Methods: The patients, nutritional status was judged by MNA(mini nutritional assessment) score in following three categories: malnutrition(MNA score<17), at risk of malnutrition(MNA score 17~23.5), and adequate nutritional status(MNA score≥24). The patient's MNA score, body assay, laboratory examination were conducted in 200 cases of new inpatients with cancer. Results: The incidence of patients with malnutrition was 29.5%, risk of malnutrition was 31.5%, adequate nutritional status was 39%, respectively.MNA score significantly correlated with BMI(Body Mass Index), serum Alb concentrations, serum PA concentrations, (r=0.451~0.655, P=0.000). Conclusion: The prevalence of malnutrition in carcinoma patients was high. MNA was rather in accordance with laboratory examination in nutritional status assessment. It was fit for carcinoma patients. ......
