【摘要】 目的 探讨螺旋CT多期增强扫描对中晚期原发性肝癌介入治疗后的评估。方法 搜集我院2000年6月～2003年7月经临床、病理和螺旋CT综合诊断的56例中晚期原发性肝癌。采用日本东芝Asteion螺旋CT机，经多期增强扫描对原发性肝癌介入治疗前、后，观察瘤体内血供动力学的变化。结果 本组病例均为血供丰富类型，介入治疗后4周，大部分肿瘤供血大动脉明显变细、中断。结论 螺旋CT多期增强扫描观察中晚期原发性肝癌介入栓塞治疗后瘤体形态学和血供动力学的变化，对评价介入治疗的效果及指导再次治疗时机具有重要意义。

    Evaluating the intervenient treatment for intermediary and late hepatic cancen by CT multiphase scanning

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the spiral CT multi-phase scanning in evaluating the intervenient treatment for intermediary and late hepatic cancer.Methods 56 cases with intermediary and late hepatic cancer confirmed by clinical,pathological measures and spiral CT from June,2000 to July,2003,were carried on Asteion spiral CT examination in multic-plase and enhancement methods to observe the hemic supply and dynamic change in tumors before,during and after intervenient treatment of the cancers.Results The tumor mass was abundant of blood vessels and the blood flow was active dynamically,4 wks after intervenient therapy,greater part of the apply arteries were attenuated and interrupted remarkably.Conclusion Spiral CT multi-phase scanning is of important significance in evaluating the effect of intervenient treatment on intermedicary and lafe hepatic cancer,and in detecting their morphologic and blood dynamic change,and it could indicate the suitable chance to carry on a re-treatment. ......
