摘要:目的 观察胸腺肽联合自制复方补脂酊治疗白癜风的临床疗效。 方法 42例患者随机分为两组，治疗组24例采用胸腺肽肠溶胶囊10mg qd po，并联合自制复方补骨脂酊涂擦白斑，1次/d，连用3个月。 结果 治疗组的痊愈率为37.50%，总有效率为79.25%，明显高于对照组(单纯复方补骨脂酊组)的11.11%、44.4%，两者差异有显著性意义，(χ 2 =12.69，χ 2 =13.43，P<0.01)。 结论 胸腺肽肠溶胶囊及复方补骨脂酊可作为治疗白癜风的选择药物。
