摘要: 目的：建立复方雪莲软胶囊的质量标准，对复方雪莲软胶囊与硬胶囊的质量进行对比研究。方法：从制剂质量标准必需的鉴别、检查、含量测定3个方面，对比考察复方雪莲软胶囊与硬胶囊的质量。结果：两种制剂鉴别实验均为阳性，崩解度均符合药典规定，均未检出毒性成分双酯型乌头碱，两种制剂中芦丁的含量也基本一致。结论：复方雪莲软胶囊与硬胶囊各项质量指标基本一致。关键词：复方雪莲；软胶囊；硬胶囊；质量标准
Comparision with the quality of compound saussaurea soft capsules and compound saussaurea capsules

Abstract: Objective：To compare with the quality of compound saussaurea soft capsules and compound saussaurea capsules. Methods: By three ways of identification examination and determination of content, the quality of compound saussaurea soft capsules and capsules were observed. Results: To compound saussaurea soft capsules and capsules, identification were both positive, disintegration both conformed to Chinese Pharmacopeia，contents of aconitine weren't examined, contents of rutin were both consistent. Conclusion：The quality of compound saussaurea soft capsules were consistent with that of capsules.
