护士对岗前培训知识需求调查

     摘要:目的 了解新毕业护士对上岗前的知识需求。 方法 对2004年分配到5所二级医院的96名新毕业护士进行岗前培训知识需求内容、培训时间、培训方式问卷调查。 结果 岗前培训需要时间5d和7d者占47.92%和39.58%。9项需求内容中,有7项需求率达50%以上,属岗前培训主要需求内容。培训形式则是不同的内容有不同的培训形式需求。 结论 护士的岗前培训时间以5~7d为宜,培训形式应多种多样,培训内容除了传统的医院概况介绍、职业道德教育、学习各项规章制度、护患沟通技巧、急救技能训练,还应进行法制观念教育和学习职业防护知识。

    Survey of knowledge needs of newly graduated nurse to be training after obtained a job.

    Abstract:Objective To understand the knowledge needs of newly graduated nurse to be trained after obtained a job. Meth-ods The96newly graduated nurses assigned to5second levle hospitals in2004were surveyed with questionaire for preworking train-ing including the content,duration and ways. Results It showed that47.92%and39.58%of the nurses needed a duration of five and seven days and over50%of them needed7of the nine proposed requirements.In addition different training ways were required. Conclusion The duration of from five to seven days was adequate and diversified training forms and ways were sought of.With re-gard to the content should not only include the conventional introduction to the hopsitals ......
