维、汉两民族妊高征胎盘组织细胞因子的表达及临床意义

     摘要:目的:探讨维吾尔族(维族)、汉族两民族妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)患者胎盘组织细胞因子内皮素1(ET1)、一氧化氮(NO)、神经肽Y(NPY)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的表达及临床意义。方法:采用放射免疫法对20例维、汉族正常妊娠者和20例维、汉族妊高征患者胎盘组织中ET1、NPY、CGRP的含量进行测定,采用硝酸还原酶法对NO的含量进行检测。结果:维、汉族正常妊娠者胎盘组织ETl的含量明显低于妊高征患者,NO的含量明显高于妊高征患者(P<0.05~0.01), NPY和CGRP的含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与汉族正常妊娠者、妊高征患者相比,维族正常妊娠者、妊高征患者胎盘组织ETl、NO、NPY、CGRP的含量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论: ETl和NO的失平衡在妊高征的发病中起重要作用。

    Changes of cytokines in placenta of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) syndrome between Uygur and Han nationality

    Abstract: Objective:To study the changes and clinical significance of endothlin1(ET1), calcitonin generelated peptide(CGRP), nitric oxide(NO) and neuropeptide Y (contents in placenta between Uygur and Han patients with pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) syndrome (experimented group)and normal pregnancy(control group). Methods:In 20 patients with PIH syndrome (experimented group), the contents of ET1、CGRP and NPY were determined by immunoradiological method, the content of NO was examined by nitrate reductase. At the same time 20 normal pregnancy (control group) were chosen as random samples. Results:The content of placenta ET1 in PIH pregnancy(experimented group) of Uygur and Hans nationality were significantly higher than that in normal pregnancy(control group)(P<0.05), the content of NO of placental tissue in PIH group was much lower than that control group (P<0.01), and there was no statistical significance in CGRP and NPY of Uygur and Han nationality between experimented group and control group(P>0.05). There was no obvious difference between Uygur and Han nationality in ET1、NO、NPY and CGRP (P>0.05).
