摘要：目的 观察体外静脉转流在巨大肝肿瘤切除术中的应用价值。方法 在4例巨大肝肿瘤切除手术中应用体外静脉转流技术，达到无血肝肿瘤切除的目的，统计术中失血量以及输血、输液量，观察体外静脉转流期间患者血流动力学的稳定。结果 4例患者术中出血为740~1,400ml，2例术中输入浓缩红细胞400ml，1例输入浓缩红细胞600ml，1例输入浓缩红细胞800ml，手术中患者血流动力学及各项生命体征稳定。结论 体外静脉转流能大大减少巨大肝肿瘤切除术中的出血，有利于维持患者生命体征稳定。

    Veno-venous Extracorporeal Bypass in Resection of Huge Hepatocellular Carcinoma

    Abstract: OBJECTIVE To evaluate extracorporeal bypass in resection of huge hepatocellular carcinoma. METHODS We applied extarcorporeal bypass technique in 4 patients with huge hepatocellular carcinoma undergoing hepatectomy. We observed the changes of hemodynamic and vital signs during extracorporeal bypass. RESULTS Blood loss in 4 patients was 600-1,400ml,Blood transfusion of red blood corpuscles concentrated during operation were 400ml,400ml,600ml,800ml respectively. ln patients hemodynamics and vital signs were maintained stable during operation. CONCLUSION Extracorporeal bypass can greatly reduce blood loss in resection of huge hepatocellular carcinoma and help to stabilize patients' vital signs. ......
