大鼠前列腺伤害性刺激诱导脊髓内P2X3和Fos的表达及其意义

     摘要:目的:研究大鼠前列腺伤害性刺激诱导脊髓内P2X3和Fos的表达及其意义。方法:建立大鼠前列腺伤害性刺激动物模型,采用抗Fos蛋白和抗P2X3的免疫组织化学方法,对大鼠前列腺伤害性刺激诱导的脊髓内Fos、P2X3表达部位进行观察。结果:Fos阳性神经元和P2X3阳性神经元主要分布在脊髓后角胶状质。结论:交感神经通路在大鼠前列腺伤害性信息传递过程中具有重要作用;P2X3可能参与了前列腺伤害性刺激的传导。

    Fos expression and P2X3 receptors in the spinal cord following noxious stimulation on prostate of rat

    Abstract: Objective: To assess Fos expression and P2X3 receptors in the spinal cord following noxious stimulation on prostate of rat. Methods: The model of noxious stimulation on prostate of rat were established. The Fos expression and P2X3 receptors were examined in the spinal cord of the rat following received Noxious prostate stimulation with the help of immunocytochemical staining. Results: The Foslike immunoreactive neurons distributed mainly in sacral medullaris posterior horncinerea, and P2X3 receptor expression was restricted to the terminals of sensory neurons terminating in in sacral medullaris posterior horncinerea. Conclusions: The present study suggested that sympathetic nerve has an important role on the transmission of noxious prostate information, and P2X3 receptor may be involved in mediating response to stress from noxious stimulation of prostate exposure. ......
