摘要:目的 探讨小儿中、重型颅脑损伤的诊断和治疗。 方法 对1995年1月～2005年1月收治的小儿中、重型颅脑损伤152例的救治情况进行回顾性分析。 结果 重型颅脑损伤103例(极重型39例)，其中颅内血肿45例，占43.69%。中型颅脑损伤49例。手术治疗95例，非手术治疗57例。142例存活，其中125例随访6月～3年，48例有脑软化灶，其中10例与同侧脑室相通，5例确诊为外伤癫痫。10例死亡，死亡率6.58%。 结论 小儿中、重型颅脑损伤的伤情严重、变化快，及早确立诊断、抢救生命以及选择及时恰当治疗方案对提高生存数量和生存质量非常重要。
