维吾尔族健康人群CYP2C19基因多态性分析

     摘要: 目的:研究中国健康维吾尔族人群CYP2C19基因多态性分布情况,并与汉族人群进行比较。方法:抽取96例维吾尔族及104例汉族健康志愿者静脉血各5 ml,采用PCRRFLP法进行CYP2C19基因多态性分析。结果:维吾尔族强代谢型的总频率为95.83%(92/96),弱代谢型的总频率为4.17%(4/96),明显高于汉族 (P<0.025)。维吾尔族wt的等位基因频率为0.510 4,m1的为0.481 8,m2的为0.007 8。结论:我国维吾尔族人群CYP2C19弱代谢型频率为4.17%,其中m1等位基因频率为m2的60倍,远高于汉族人群而与白色人种接近。

    Genetic polymorphism analysis of cytochrome CYP2C19 in Uigur population

    Abstract: Objective: To assess the genotype distribution of cytochrome CYP2C19 in Chinese Uigur population. Method: Ninetysix unrelated Uigur and 104 unrelated Han were genotyped for CYP2C19 genetic polymorphisim by PCRRFLP. Results: In Uigur, the frequency of poor metabolizers by the genotyping analysis was 4.17%;the frequency of extensive metabolizers was 95.83%, the frequency of the CYP2C19m1 allele was 0.481 8, the CYP2C19m2 allele was 0.007 8, and that of the CYP2C19wt was 0.510 4. Conclusions: The distribution frequency of poor metabolizers in Uigur population is significantly higher than those in Han population respectively, and is consistent with those of the Caucasian population. ......
