     摘要: 目的：研究异常黑胆质成熟剂与清除剂及H2O2诱导的淋巴细胞调亡过程中对转录因子NFκB表达的影响。方法：体外培养淋巴细胞,分别应用H2O2、异常黑胆质成熟剂与清除剂及两者联用处理,以及Western blot检测细胞中NFκB表达变化。结果：在淋巴细胞中, H2O2可使p65蛋白表达水平增高；异常黑胆质成熟剂与清除剂自身能使p65表达水平增高,且成熟剂强于清除剂，但同时对H2O2所致p65蛋白表达均有抑制作用。结论：异常黑胆质成熟剂与清除剂能拮抗H2O2所致淋巴细胞调亡时NFκB的表达及异常活化。

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effect of Abnormal Savda Munziq and Mushil on the expression of Nuclear Factor (NF) κB induced by Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) in human lymphocytes. Methods: The human Lymphocytes were cultured in vitro, and treated with H2O2 、Abnormal Savda Munziq and Mushil in various group .Western blot was used to determine the expression of NFκB subunit P65 in human lymphocytes. Results: In human lymphocytes, H2O2 result in increase of p65 protein, Savda Munziq and Mushil themselves also increase the expression of NFκB, and Savda Munziq has dramatic effect contrast to Mushil, but both of them can inhibit the expression of p65 protein induced by H2O2. Conclusion: The Xinjiang Uighur medicine Savda Munziq and Mushil could inhibit the expression of NFκB in human lymphocyte induced by H2O2 in the process of apoptosis. ......
