【摘要】 目的 探讨MFP方案选择性动脉灌注治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效。方法 对48例经手术病理证实的晚期胃癌，其中姑息性手术切除后28例，术后复发14例，不能手术者6例，伴有肝转移者8例，用MMC 20mg,5-FU 100mg,DDP 80mg，选择性动脉灌注化疗。结果 完全缓解(CR)14例，部分缓解(PR)29例，稳定(SD)2例，进展(PD)3例。近期总有效率为89.58%；中位生存期19.9个月，1、2、3和5年生存率分别89.58%，67.70%，45.83%，29.1%。结论 MFP方案选择性动脉灌注治疗晚期胃癌疗效肯定，毒副作用轻，患者较能耐受，比较适合于老年体弱患者，对低分化腺癌及中分化腺癌疗效较好，对印戒细胞癌及黏液腺癌疗效较差。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect of MFP scheme by using selective artery perfusion to treat late gastric cancer.Methods 48 cases proved late gastric cancer by operation pathology,including 28 cases of palliative operation,14 cases of recurrence after operation,6 cases unable to be operated,8 cases accompanied by gastrie metastasis.Chemotherapy of selective artery perfusion by using MMC 20mg,5-FU 100mg.DDP 80mg.Results CR 14 cases,PR 29 cases,SD 2 cases,PD 3 cases.Total effective rate is 89.58%(CR+PR),median survival time is 19.9 months,the survival rates of 1 year,2 years,3 years and 5 years are 89.58%,67.70%,45.83%,29.1% respectively.Conclusion It is an affirmative result of MFP scheme to use selective artery perfusion to treat late gastric cancer.It has light poison side-effect and patient.It is good for the old,young and sickness patient.It has good result for the low and mid differentiation adenocarcinoma and it has poor result for the signet ring cell cancer and mucus adenocarcinoma. ......
