【摘要】 目的 探讨预防小切口胆囊切除术(MC)中胆道损伤的方法。方法 对本组15131例MC中发生的18例胆道损伤进行回顾分析。结果 1994年12月前施行MC 2321例，发生胆道损伤9例(0.39%)，1995年以来实施MC 12810例，发生胆道损伤9例(0.07%)。结论 思想上高度重视、规范手术适应证、规范手术操作是预防MC中胆道损伤的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the means of preventing bile duct injury in mini-cholecystectomy(MC).Methods Among 15131 cases of MC,18 cases of bile duct injury were analyzed in retrospect.Results 2321 cases MC had been performed before Dec 1994,and resulted in 9 cases of bile duct injury(0.39%).12810 cases MC have been operated since 1995,and caused 9 cases of bile duct injury(0.07%).Conclusion The key of preventing bile duct injury in MC is to pay close attention to think,standardize operation indication and standardize operation performance.
