【摘要】 目的 分析185例阑尾切除术时机。方法 2002～2003年185例行阑尾手术，按发病时间分3组， 3天以内组， 4～7天组， 8天以上组。结果 3天以内组127例，手术切除127例( 100% )。 4～7 天组48例，手术切除42例( 87.5% )，除4例( 8.3% )伤口感染外，无其他严重的并发症。 8天以上组10例，手术切除2例 (20%) 。结论 7天以内发病的急性阑尾炎仍应选择手术切除。

    【Abstract】 Objective Analyzing the appendectomy time of acute appendicitis.Methods Acumulated 185 patients suffering from acute appendicitis from the year 2002 to 2003.All have undergone appendectomy.Results 127 patients of disease during 3 days all do appendectomy (100%);42 of 48 patients of disease during 4～7 days do it (87.5%);2 of 10 patients of disease 8 days more do it (20%).Conclusion It is the best way to choose appendectomy therapy for acute appendicitis patients during 7 days.
