【摘要】 目的 探讨N-CWS的抗癌机制与其免疫功能的相关性。 方法 采用免疫学方法检测N-CWS对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞(M)的吞噬功能和抑瘤活性的影响。 结果 N-CWS对小鼠肉瘤S 180 的生长有明显的抑制作用，N-CWS明显激活小鼠腹腔M，增强对肿瘤细胞的细胞毒效应，显著提高M的吞噬活性。 结论 N-CWS的抗癌作用与M的激活有关。
