【摘要】 目的 探讨血氧饱和度监测在四肢血管损伤中的临床应用。方法 应用瑞士产多功能床旁监护仪对2000年6月～2004年2月对38例因外伤引起的四肢血管损伤病人的患肢连续的血氧饱和度监测，同时采用与健侧肢体的血氧饱和度做对比的方法以及与采用传统的观察方法做比较进行临床观察。结果 多功能床旁监护仪所监测的血氧饱和度反应灵敏、准确，与健侧对照可动态观察到损伤血管血液流动的情况及血管恢复的程度。与传统方法比较，更能早期有效地发现血管危象的发生。结论 血氧饱和度的监测是一种使用方便、操作简单、无创伤、无痛苦的监测方法，是辅助评价血管损伤后修复效果的良好参数指标，连续的观察有助于早期发现血管危象的发生及预测修复血管的转归。
