裂隙灯显微镜下电解倒睫术

     【摘要】 目的 改进电解倒睫的方法以提高治疗的成功率,减少复发及并发症。方法 97人(112眼)倒睫门诊病人,其中67眼为初治病例,45眼为复发病例,随机分为2组。试验组在裂隙灯显微镜下进行电解倒睫术,对照组行常规电解倒睫术。结果 初治病例中,35眼试验组在裂隙灯显微镜下电解倒睫,29眼治愈,32眼对照组有15例治愈。复发病例中,24眼试验组有18例,21眼对照组有8例治愈。试验组的治愈率高,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 裂隙灯显微镜直视下电解倒睫术较常规肉眼下操作准确,可减少创伤,手术后复发率低。
