SF-3000全自动血液分析仪白细胞分类的临床应用

【摘要】 目的 探讨Sysmex SF-3000全自动血液细胞分析仪白细胞五分类结果的临床价值。方法 对临床250例全血标本进行SF-3000血细胞分析仪白细胞五分类及对照目测分类。结果 无异常提示150例，中性粒细胞两者相关系数(r)为0.935；淋巴细胞为0.935；单核细胞为0.574；嗜酸粒细胞为0.724；嗜碱粒细胞为0.113。除单核细胞、嗜碱粒细胞外，两种分类方法差异无显著性(P>0.05)，而嗜碱粒细胞、单核细胞差异有极其显著性(P<0.001)。有异常提示100例，发现警告真实值为83%，假警告为17%，50例白血病标本仪器检查结果均提示有异常细胞或无法分类。结论 无异常提示，除单核细胞、嗜碱粒细胞外，中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞及嗜酸粒细胞，用仪器分类的结果相当于目测分类。说明该仪器对分类正常者是一种较理想的过筛工具，同时也说明仅靠全自动血液细胞分析仪分类仍不能完全代替人工镜检。【关键词】 全自动血液细胞分析仪；白细胞分类

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinic significance of sysmex SF-3000 blood analyzer in WBC classification.Methods Compaing with microscope classification,250 cases blood samples were analysed.Results The correlation coefficientr values were 0.935 in neutrophil;0.935 in lymphocyto;0.574 in monocyto;0724 in eosinophil,0.113 in basophil,and except for monocyte and basophil there was not significant difference between microscope classification and sysmex SF-3000 blood analyzer (P>0.05).There was significant difference in monocyte and basophil (P<0.001).We check 50 blood samples which are shown to be abnormal by microscope,and notice that 8 ......
