【摘要】 目的 探讨双极胸导联心电图检测冠心病心肌缺血的临床意义。 方法 分析经冠脉造影证实的18例冠心病患者与15例冠脉造影正常者的常规与双极胸导联心电图变化。 结果 双极胸导联检测冠心病心肌缺血的敏感性为88.9%，特异性为73.3%，准确性为81.8%。各支冠脉病变血管的ST段下降和T波倒置幅度双极胸导联比常规导联显著高。 结论 双极胸导联是诊断冠心病心肌缺血的敏感而特异的导联，是对常规12导联心电图的有价值的补充。
