肾癌免疫治疗的生存分析

【摘要】 目的 回顾分析肾癌患者行根治术及根治术联合不同方式免疫治疗，对患者生存率的影响。方法 通过对135例肾癌根治术后患者应用不同的免疫治疗分组：第1组，患者联合应用白介素和干扰素38例； 第2组，患者术后单独应用干扰素30例；第3组，患者单独应用白介素32例；第4组，患者35例仅行肾癌根治术；随访时间为4～60个月，平均为(45.8±11.7)个月，分析4组临床资料及治疗效果。结果 第1组1、3、5年生存率分别为83%、75%、58%平均生存期(485±6.7)个月，半数生存期(37±13.2)个月，均高于第2、3、4组。生存曲线比较，第1组与2、3组差异有显著性(P<0.05)，第2、3、4组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 肾癌术后患者采用联合免疫治疗可以显著提高患者生存时间。【关键词】 肾肿瘤；免疫治疗；白细胞介素；干扰素；生存分析

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the efficacy of different immunotherapy in radical nephrectomy for renal cell carcinoma.Methods 135 patients with renal cell carcinoma were divided into 4 group,interleukin and interferon;interferon alone;interleukin alone were administered in 1,2,3 group and 4 group only was done radical nephrectomy .All patients have been followed up for four months to sixty months.Results Kaplan-Meier was applied to probe into efficacy of different immunotherapy.The 1,3,5 year survival rate of group 1were 83%,75%,58% respectively.The mean survival time was 48.5±6.7 months.Conclusion This study suggests that the prognosis of patients with renal cell carcinoma have a long-time survival and good quality of life .Immunotherapy was optimal scheme to treat patients with renal cell carcinoma. ......
