     【摘要】 使用微波溶样法,将样品用HNO3-H2O2溶解后,以铁氰化钾作为掩蔽剂,采用断续流动进样氢化物原子荧光测定人参粉中微量硒。硒的回收率为90.5%~98.8%,RSD为3.2%~6.3%。

    【Abstract】 Gensen powder were dissolved with HNO3-H2O2 by microwave, Iron potassium cyanide was used as screening agent,then determined by AFS. Recoveries of Se in the ranges of 90.5%~98.8%. RSD for selenium was found to be in the ranges of 3.2%~6.3%.
