【摘要】 目的 探讨影响Tourette综合征药物治疗依从性因素，避免或尽量消除这些因素，提高药物治疗效果。方法 对62例由于药物(氟哌啶醇、泰必利等)治疗依从性差而影响治疗效果的病例进行调查，分析其依从性差的原因。结果 影响药物治疗依从性的常见原因包括：短时间内多处就医；害怕药物对智力有影响；认为西药毒副作用大，转用中药治疗；未坚持正规跟踪随访；疗程不足；自行减量或停药；家长的文化程度等。结论 药物治疗依从性受多方面因素影响，而药物依从性的大小对治疗Tourette综合征效果有直接影响。

    Analysis of risk factors related to drug treatment compliance of Tourette’s syndrome

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the factors which influence on drug treatment compliance of Tourette’s syndrome(TS)and to avoid or eliminate these factors as possible for improving the therapeutic effect of this disease.Methods Sixty-two cases of TS were investigated retrospectively using a self-administered questionnaire.All of these cases were evaluated have dissatisfactory effective outcome of treatment because of poor compliance.By the investigation,many factors which may related to the drug treatment compliance of TS were collected.Statistical analysis was conducted subsequently to select the main risk factors.Results The common risk factors influence on the drug treatment compliance of TS include:see different doctors in a short period of time, worry about mental impairment for drugs,consider that western medicine have more side-effects,convert to take traditional Chinese medicine,not insist on follow-up regularly,haven’t treated enough long, reduce the doses or give up completely by self, lower education level of the parents, and so on.Conclusion Some risk factors influence on the drug treatment compliance,while the compliance may relate to the therapeutic effect of TS directly. ......
