【摘要】 目的 探讨提高微波对重度宫颈糜烂一次性治愈率的方法。方法 我中心于2002年5月～2004年5月，将124例重度宫颈糜烂患者(其中单纯型47例，颗粒型61例，乳突型16例)随机分为两组，分别采用消糜栓加微波(A组)及单用微波(B组)进行治疗，观察和比较疗效、不良反应，两组均在治疗后2～3个月复查。结果 A组疗效明显优于B组，A组和B组的一次性治愈率分别为95.2%和77.4%，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)；脱痂期阴道出血(≥经血量)A组(1.6%)明显低于B组(11.3%)(P<0.05)；A组治疗后局部感染率为0，明显低于B组的6.4%(P<0.05)。结论 对于重度宫颈糜烂选用消糜栓加微波治疗可提高其一次性治愈率及减少术后不良反应，临床上不失为一种较好的治疗方法。

    Clinical observation on the improvement of one-time cure rate in severe cervical erosion treated by microwave

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the method for the improvement of one-time cure rate of severe cervical erosion treated by microwave.Methods From May 2002 to May 2004 in Maoming City Family Planning Service Center,a total of 124 patients with severe cervical erosion,including simple erosion of 47 cases,granular erosion of 61 cases and papillary erosion of 16 cases were divided into 2 groups.One group(Group A)was treated by anti-cervical erosion suppository(Xiaomishuan)plus microwave while the other group(Group B)was only treated by microwave. The curative effect and side reaction of two groups were respectively observed and compared.And the reexamination was practiced after 2～3 months treatment in two groups.Results As to the curative effect,the group A was obviously superior to the group B.For one-time cure rate,group A was obviously superior to the group B,group A being 95.2% and group B being 77.4%,which had significant differences. For the colporrhagia(≥each menstrual blood)in decrustation period,group A was 1.6% and group B was 11.3% and group A was greatly lower than that in group B(P<0.05).After the treatment,the local infection rate in group A was zero,which was lower than that (6.4%)in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Treating the severe cervical erosion with anti-cervical erosion suppository (Xiaomishuan)plus microwave can improve the one-time cure rate and reduce the operation side reaction.It is an effective method in clinical treatment. ......
