三顿半导体激光治疗带状疱疹的疗效分析

     摘要：目的观察半导体激光治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法带状疱疹132例随机分成两组，观察组除与对照组同样使用阿昔洛韦治疗外，同时给以SUNDOM-300Ⅰ型半导体激光治疗。结果观察组在止疱、结痂、疼痛缓解方面均显著优于对照组(P<001)，后遗神经痛发生率亦明显降低(P<005)。结论半导体激光可以提高带状疱疹的疗效。

    Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of semiconductor laser on herpes zoster patients Methods One hundred and thirtytwo herpes zoster patients were divided into observation group consisted of 68 patients treated with alcilov plus SUNDOM-300 semiconductor laser and control group consisted of 64 patients only treated with alcilov Results The findings show that the antivesicating,scabbing and painrelieving effect in the observation group are significantly superior than that of the control group(P<001) Conclusion Semiconductor laser is capable of enhancing the effect in treatment of herpes zoster patients ......
