抗结核分枝杆菌抗体检测蛋白芯片的临床应用

     摘要:目的 验证抗结核分枝杆菌多种抗原的抗体检测蛋白芯片的临床应用价值。 方法 结核病人和正常对照者的血清经芯片识别仪和ELISA同时检测,分析其敏感性、特异性和总符合率。 结果 结核芯片系统检测的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值和诊断指数分别为6991%、8485%、9080%、5556%和15476%。而ELISA法检测的敏感性、特异性分别为6681%和8614%。两者检测的总符合率为8104%。检测结果间差异无显著性(χ2=15,P>005)。 结论 芯片系统检测的敏感性和特异性符合临床检验要求,具有简便、快速和单人份操作的优点,可用于临床辅助诊断结核病人。

    Clinical application of the protein chip for detection of the antibody to multiple Mycobacterium tuberculosis antigens.WANG Hai-bo,ZHU Zhong-yuan,XIE Yong.(Affiliated Xinhua Hospital of Hainan Medical College,Haikou 570311,Hainan,P.R.China)

    Abstract Objective To evaluate the value of protein chip for clinical detection of multiple Mycobacterium tuberculosis antigen. Methods The sera from tuberculosis patients and normal controls were simultaneously detected by protein chips and ELISA,the sensitivity,specificity and total coincidence rate were analyzed. Results The sensitivity,specificity,positive and negative predicatives and diagnostic index detected by using protein chips were 69.91%,84.85%,90.80%,55.56% and 154.76%,respectively.While the sensitivity and specificity of ELISA were 66.81% and 86.14%,respectively. The total coincidence rate of the two methods was 81.04%,showing on significant difference(χ2=1.5,P>0.05). Conclusion The TB protein chip system is simple ,rapid,sensitive and specific,and suitable for detection of rapid serodiagnosis of tuberculosis. ......
