【摘要】 目的 建立荧光定量RT-PCR方法检测AFP mRNA基因表达的方法，了解肝癌组织中AFP mRNA的表达水平。方法 用荧光定量PCR方法检测33例肝癌及癌旁组织AFP mRNA表达水平。结果 33例肝癌组织和癌旁组织AFP mRNA表达均阳性，肝癌组织AFP mRNA的平均水平为5.8110±0.9488，癌旁组织AFP mRNA的平均水平为3.4432±0.4891。结论 荧光定量RT-PCR检测AFP mRNA基因表达方法，定量准确可靠，有利于标准的统一。肝癌组织中AFP mRNA含量显著高于癌旁组织。
