【摘要】 目的 观察配合尿道灌注治疗男性支原体性尿道炎的疗效。方法 将530例患者随机分为4组。A组：尿道灌注组；B组：静脉给药组；C组：上述两种方法并用；D组：C组的基础上，加用紫苓胶囊。结果 A组与B组间总有效率差异无显著性(P>0.05)；C组与D组总有效率高于A组与B组(P<0.05)；C组与D组间总有效率差异无显著性(P>0.05)，在复查支原体阴性患者中，D组治愈率高于C组(P<0.05)。结论 阿奇霉素尿道灌注与静点疗效相同，联合用药可提高疗效，紫苓胶囊可以改善不适症状。

    Treatment of the urethritis in male with mycoplasma infection by urethra perfusion in combination with other methods

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combination of urethra perfusion with other methods on male patients due to infection with mycoplasma.Methods 503 cases were randomly divided into 4 groups.A group:The patients treated only by urethra perfusion;B group:The patients treated only by intravenously guttae;C group:The patients treated by urethra perfusion and intravenously guttae;D group:The patients took Ziling Capsule besides the methods of the C group.Results There was no significant difference between A group and B group on the total effective rate (P>0.5).The total effective rate in C group and D group were higher than those of A group and B group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between C group and D group on the total effective rate(P>0.5),the cure rate in D group was higher than that of C group in the return visit patients with negative reaction in the detection of mycoplasma(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of azithromycin used by urethra perfusion and intravenously guttae was identical,the better therapeutic effect was obtained by the combination of urethra perfusion with other methods,the symptoms was improved by taking Ziling Capsule. ......
