【摘要】 先天舌巨大唾液腺潴留性囊肿临床非常罕见，笔者治疗了1例出生仅28天、体重3.5kg的男性患儿。因口腔内有一囊肿巨舌，已造成严重的呼吸道阻塞性缺氧危象，若不及时处理随时有生命危险。笔者先采用囊肿穿刺抽液，既解除了呼吸道阻塞又明确了诊断；后在6个月时成功施行了根治手术。目前已随访1年，患儿舌的外形和功能正常。

    【Abstract】 Congenital enormous retention cyst of salivary glands of tongue is rare in clinic.A male neonate patient,aged 28 days,was treated in our clinic.This patient had a cystic macroglossia in the mouth and suffered from severe obstructive dyspnoea.Had not got treatment in time,he would have lost his life.Aspiration of the fluid in the cyst with injector needle was applied at first,which not only alleviating obstruction of airway but leading to the specific diagnosis.Then,radical operation was applied successfully when the patient was 6 months old.This patient has been followed for one year after operation.The shape and function of tongue is acceptable.
