摘要：目的 分析群体性食物中毒事故应急处理中的心理干预效果。 方法 采用卫生部《食物中毒事故处理办法》、国家标准《食物中毒诊断标准及技术处理总则》、《广东省食物中毒事故处理暂行规定》对群体性食物中毒进行现场控制、事故分级,根据《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准》(CCMD-3)对群体性食物中毒事故心因性中毒反应排查，并采取相应干预措施。 结果 发现群体性食物中毒事故易发生心因性中毒反应，其相互关系密切。 结论 在现场控制中应排除心因性反应并对不同人群采取心理干预措施。

    Abstract:Objective To analyze the results of psychological intervention of massive food poisoning accidents requiring urgent management. Methods The place of massive food poisoning were controlled and the accidents graded based on the ,the national standard of ,,and detailed surveys were made to psychogenic reactions in food poisoning according to (CCMD-3),then intervention measures were taken. Results It was observed that psychogenic reactions would occur in masdive food poisoning. Conclusion Thus psychological intervention be adopted in massive food poisoning. ......
