摘要：目的：了解无症状性消化性溃疡并出血病变类型分布，发生率，好发季节，年龄分布及复发等，从而指导临床针对性治疗及预防。方法：收集我院自1999年4月至2004年4月收治因消化性溃疡并出血275例患者，对其中107例无症状患者进行临床分析。结果：无症状性消化性溃疡并出血患者占消化性溃疡并出血患者总数的38.9%，男女比例为2.45:1，以1～2月及12月为高发季节，胃溃疡并出血者占14.9%，年龄>60岁6例，占37.5%。十二指肠球部溃疡并出血占77.5%，年龄>60岁的17例，占20.5%。复合性溃疡占4.6%。吻合口溃疡占5.1%。复发病例24例，占无症状病例22.4%。无症状患者重度贫血所占比率明显高于有症状患者。3例转外科手术治疗。结论：无症状性消化性溃疡常因无症状不能早期治疗，常并发出血，有必要提高高危人群对消化性溃疡的认识，减少不良的生活习惯，早期发现早期治疗出血并发症。加强医务人员对无症状患者医嘱依从性诱导和行为干预，提高治疗依从性，高发季节及溃疡危险因素存在时药物预防可减少复发。

    Abstract: Objective: To make out incidence, predilection season,age and recurrence of asymptomatic peptic ulcer bleeding for guiding treatment and precaution.Method:107 patients with asymptomatic peptic ulcer bleeding from 275 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding were investigated between 1999～2004.Results:38.9% patients with peptic ulcer bleeding had not symptom.
