摘要：目的：探讨糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化手术的临床效果及其安全性。方法：对48例(62眼)糖尿病患者白内障行超声乳化吸出联合后房型人工晶状体植入术。随机选择非糖尿病患者52例(76眼)作为对照组，两组手术方法相同。结果：糖尿病组62眼术后矫正视力>0.5者47眼(75.8%)，对照组76眼术后矫正视力>0.5者62眼(81.6%)，差异无显著性(P>0.05)，术后并发症亦无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论：糖尿病患者白内障行超声乳化吸出联合后房型人工晶状体植入术有效、安全。

    Cataract Extraction of Phacoemulsification Combined with Posterior Chamber Intraocular lens Implantation in Diabetics Patients

    Abstract： Objective： To study the clinical effects and the safety of the operation of phacoemulsification combined with posterior chamber intracolar lens implantation in diabetics. Method： There were two groups of patients, including 48 diabetics and 52 nondiabetics. Two groups were treated with phacoemulsification combined with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Result： The post-operative corrected visual acuities of 0.5 or better were achieved in 47 of 62 (75.8%) diabetic eyes and in 62 of 76 (81.6%) nondiabetic eyes. The comparision between the two groups showed that there was no significant diffrence in intra-operative or post-operative complications (P>0.05). Conclusion： Cataract extraction of phacoemulsification combined with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in diabetics is practical and safety. ......
