【摘要】 目的 应用高频超声评价糖尿病对颈动脉结构和肱动脉内皮功能的影响。方法 应用高频超声对50例2型糖尿病患者和40例正常对照者进行检查，分别测量颈总动脉的内中膜复合体厚度(IMT)、弹性指数(EP)、僵硬指数(β)，EP和β反应颈动脉弹性。计算斑块检出率，同时测量肱动脉反应性充血前后血管直径变化。结果 糖尿病患者的颈总动脉IMT[(0.93±0.19)mm]比健康对照者[(0.75±0.08)mm]明显增厚，EP[(1.01±0.65)N/m2×106]和β(12.02±5.86)比健康对照者[(0.50±0.27)N/m2×106、(7.04±3.24)]明显升高，斑块检出率(48%)较健康对照者(7.5%)明显升高，肱动脉反应性充血前后内径变化率[(4.55±1.40)%]较健康对照者[(8.86±2.70)%]明显降低，差异均具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 糖尿病患者的颈动脉内中膜复合体(IMT)增厚，弹性降低，内皮依赖性血管舒张功能受损。
