人骨髓间质干细胞向造血细胞分化的实验研究

【摘要】 目的 在体研究人骨髓间质干细胞(hBMSCs)向造血细胞分化的潜能。方法 将hBMSCs经尾静脉注射给经致死剂量射线照射的裸鼠，利用免疫荧光技术检测输注后裸鼠外周血、骨髓中人源性造血细胞的表型和动态变化。结果 hBMSCs输注组可检测到裸鼠外周血(PB)中人CD45阳性细胞和骨髓(BM)中人CD34阳性细胞，并在移植后96h最多。而对照组PB和BM均未检测到上述表型的人源性造血细胞。结论 裸鼠经致死剂量射线照射后，输入hBMSCs后配合G-CSF等细胞因子注射可以向造血细胞分化。【关键词】 骨髓间质干细胞；造血干细胞；分化
